By accessing Cheaprr (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at cheaprr.com or through any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
You may use Cheaprr only if you have the legal power to form a contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable laws. By using the Service, you represent that you meet any applicable age requirements and are not restricted from accessing such services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information (e.g., your email address) and safeguard your login credentials. If you sign up via Google OAuth, you acknowledge that password storage and authentication are handled by Google. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. You may delete or request deletion of your account data at any time in your account settings or by contacting us.
Acceptable Use. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, engage in harmful or fraudulent activities, or disrupt the experience of other users.
Content Creation. Certain aspects of Cheaprr involve AI-generated outputs (“Content”) produced by our bots. You are responsible for any inputs you provide and for your use of the resulting outputs. You must ensure your inputs (and subsequent use of any outputs) do not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.
Disclaimer on AI Content. AI-generated outputs may not be accurate, complete, or entirely free from error. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for verifying and determining the suitability of any AI-generated outputs for your intended purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you submit or generate but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, or distribute user-generated works as needed to operate Cheaprr. If we suspend or terminate your account, we may also remove any user content you have submitted or generated.
Our usage-based model relies on “Volts.” By purchasing or earning Volts, you accept our Volts Terms. All purchases of Volts are final and non-refundable except as stated in the Volts Terms.
You may be required to pay fees for certain features or to buy Volts. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our fees from time to time with notice. If you do not agree to the new fees, you must discontinue using the Service or certain features before those fees take effect.
The Cheaprr name, logo, brand marks, and all related intellectual property belong solely to Cheaprr. You may not use or modify our trademarks without written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the AI outputs will meet your requirements or be error-free, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheaprr is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past six (6) months for the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account, any remaining Volts, and any user content stored on Cheaprr. We will not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time, and we will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Cheaprr after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
